Rochester Neighborhood House Food Pantry
Rochester Neighborhood House supports local families through forward‑focused programs. They are currently seeking school‑supply donations.
Please drop off items like those listed below at the Church.
Index cards, backpacks, crayons, calculators, 3 ring binders, pens, plastic pocket folders, Spiral 1 and Composition notebooks, Crayola color pencils and markets, #2 pencils, brick erasers, mechanical pencils, Elmer’s glue, rules, and dividers.
Motor City Mitten Mission uses donated plastic bags to create "plarn" (plastic yarn) for making durable, waterproof sleeping mats and pillows for the homeless in Michigan, diverting waste while providing warmth and comfort, a project that engages volunteers of all ages to turn trash into essential shelter items.
